Our Products

NBR

NBR is used in the automotive and aeronautical industry to make fuel and oil handling hoses, seals, grommets, and self-sealing fuel tanks. It is also used in the food service, medical, and nuclear industries to make protective gloves. NBR’s stability at temperatures from −40 to 108 °C (−40 to 226 °F) makes it an ideal material for aeronautical applications. Nitrile butadiene is also used to produce moulded goods, footwear, adhesives, sealants, sponges, expanded foams, and floor mats.

High Styrene

High styrene rubber is used where manufacturers require cost-effective processing solutions for products that require high levels of rigidity and hardness. Used for manufacturing floor linings, cables, toys, footwear or as a filler alternative in rubber compounds for other industrial applications.

NBR/PVC

The NBR/PVC compound is a homogenous blend of butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymers with PVC and is stabilized with Ca/Zn. The NBR/PVC blend is recommended for all applications in need of good resistance against organic liquids such as aliphatic oils and non-polar solvents. It´s main advantage over traditional nitrile rubbers is its resistance to ozone

Powdered NBR

Powdered NBR is used as PVC modifier and is suitable for injection molding and extrusion applications. This material is also used in production of PVC based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) which has applications in the rubber replacement market and in friction products like brake linings, asbestos gaskets, etc.

HNBR

Zhanber® is a Hydrogenated Nitril Rubber (HNBR) with different microstructures (completely or partially saturated backbones and different ACN-contents). It exhibits excellent temperature behaviour and is resistant to acids, alkalis, steam, sulfide and amines. Furthermore, Zhanber® provides excellent resistance against engine oils, power steering fluid, ozone, many modern fuels and coolants and is very corrosion resistant. With a temperature range of -40°C to 160°C the Zannan HNBR product range is suitable for a wide range of applications like automotive, conditioners, refrigerators, petroleum, oil fields (e.g. explosive decompression) and is also applicable for all processes and curing possibilities with Sulphur or peroxide. It is available in a broad range of mooney viscosities (ML 20-120).

EPDM

Vistalon™ is an Ethylene propylene diene rubber (EP(D)M) with outstanding physical properties and excellent processing benefits. It offers preeminent Ozone and UV-resistance, good chemical and heat resistance, cold flexibility and outstanding electrical insulation. The ExxonMobil EP(D)M product range with Ziegler-Natta conventional and bimodal grades as well as metallocene grades is suitable for a wide range of applications like injection molding and extrusion for the automotive, industrial and consumer sectors, but is also applicable for foamed rubber, roofing and sheeting. It is available in pellets, crumbs, or bales.

Silicones

Silicone Rubber is used for applications when there is a need for heat stability (-70°C up to 300 °C). It has very good electrical insulation properties and offers good weathering and ozone resistance. It is useable for food applications as well as for molding, extrusion and calendering processes. Silicone Rubber is easy to process and easy to colour.

Sustainability materials

Substitute harmful, synthetic materials in a product with sustainable materials that are natural, renewable and carbon neutral and use less energy to extract.
